Is it a cut paste industry?

C'mon guys! We know we can cut PR plans from 2 year old airline PR campaign plan and include it in any construction company's plan you are making. What about the client? Of course, you will win him over also with your jargons and smoothhhh talk. But les think for a second, who are we fooling? Our clients or ourselves?
